Care and Shaping Instructions:

To keep your hat looking its best and maintain the shape of the bendable foam brim, follow these simple steps:

  1. Prepare the Brim: Place the brim of the hat on a flat, hard surface to ensure an even ironing process.

  2. Protect the Fabric: Lay a thin piece of cloth or fabric over the brim. This will protect the foam and hat material from direct contact with the iron.

  3. Set the Iron: Adjust your household clothing iron to medium heat. Avoid using high heat to prevent damage.

  4. Iron the Brim: Gently press the iron down onto the brim with light, even pressure. Make sure to keep the iron moving slightly to prevent overheating any single spot.

  5. Cool and Set: Once you’ve flattened the brim to its original shape, let it cool while still on the flat surface. This will help it retain its shape.

  6. For Best Results:  When not in use for longer periods of time, store the hat with the brim flat.  If the brim develops a crease overtime, repeat the steps above to help restore the original brim shape.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure your hat’s brim stay in its best shape and ready for any adventure.
