Where are you products made?
All of our products that we sell are proudly cut and sewn right at our shop in the Black Hills of SD.
How do I order wholesale?
*Due to high volumes of retail sales, we are currently paused on wholesale orders. Please feel free to reach out and show our interest and to get on our wholesale eamil list when we open that side of production back up.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear there was a problem with your product during shipping. Please email info@Hardweather.com with your order #number and we will help take care of the situation.
The product I ordered doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it for another product that does?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please email info@Hardweather.com and we’d be happy to exchange or refund the product as long as it is still in new condition. All refunds and exchanges must be within 14 days of product delivery.
Do you offer Military/First Responder Discounts?
We incorporate GovX ID at checkout. Military/First Responder GovX accounts receive 10% discount on all orders as well as exclusive discounts and sales throughout the year. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know about exclusive GovX discounts.
